Officially launched at the recent Intermat show the I-1310R Impactor is specifically designed for the Recycling industry and complements the existing Finlay crusher range.
Fitted with a 1000mm x 1000mm (40” x 40”) Krupp Hazemag APP1010GA Impactor chamber, the I-1310R is mounted on a heavy-duty undercarriage for ultimate strength and on-site mobility. Incorporating a hydrostatic drive system, this provides continuous monitoring and accurate control of the rotor speed.
The standard version has a hopper capacity of 5m³; an 8m³ feed hopper option is also available incorporating hydraulically folding extensions. Constructed of 10mm hardox walls the hopper also includes an integral pre-screen.
Positioned below the crusher chamber is the integral under crusher vibratory feeder which discharges onto the 900mm product conveyor belt. This feature makes this model ideal for recycling applications.
The I-1310R is also fitted with an advanced CANBUS compliant electronic control system. The 5 simple operating modes and graphical user interface all add to the simplicity of use. Of robust design and construction the I-1310R weighs in at 34 tonnes and is powered by a CAT C9 engine; its compact size provides ease of transport and rapid set up time. Further options include an overband magnet, belt weigher, radio remote control and optional by-pass conveyor.
Further models will be added throughout the year to the Finlay Impact Crusher range, including a re-circulating screen version. Quarry specific machines will also be available without the under-crusher vibratory feeder.
