Heavy Duty Finger decks are ideal for handling topsoil, landfill and demolition waste materials. The fingers allow unrestricted flow of products and eliminate clogging.

The Finlay (Cascade) Finger Screen is designed specifically for the waste disposal, recycling, topsoil, and compost and gravel industries. With no cross-wires the material being processed cannot clog or catch on the screening surface. The cascade effect produced by the series of fingers produces excellent screening properties in the most demanding applications. Key features include:

Perforated metal screens are particularly useful in sizing or scalping operations and in heavy duty screening applications where standard screens have limited use. Available in mild steel, stainless steel and the latest abrasion resistant metals, the plates can be manufactured in a wide range of apertures in either round, square, rectangular or hexagonal holes. All can be supplied as flat or hooked screen decks.
The Flexi-Harp is a high quality, non-blinding screen surface. The combination of different size wire used in manufacture means that they vibrate at varying frequencies to produce a self-cleaning surface. The Flexi-Harp can provide accurate screening and sizing where material is difficult, wet or sticky. Flexi-Harp screens have many advantages over other screen types. They are manufactured with a larger open area to give higher production rates and with their triangular opening produce the material as accurately as Woven Mesh, yet eliminates the problem of large unwanted flat material contaminating your finished product. Flexi-Harp Screens are available in either High Tensile Steel or Stainless Steel.

Manufactured from High Wear Resistant Materials these screen mats are ideal as complete decks on larger screen boxes or as an impact section prior to a wire screen. Available in a range of square or slotted apertures to suit all types of grading requirement.
